Innovise is a leading provider of software solutions within the Global Facilities Management sector. As part of the communications strategy they needed partner to enable them to develop and manage their online and social media presence. Innovise selected The Web Orchard.
Providing a wide range of innovative technological solutions to a domestic (UK & Ireland) market, The Web Orchard, were tasked with re-designing Innovise Software’s existing website. The requirement was for more streamlined messaging and more effective audience targeting. Adding to the complexity of the solution offering from Innovise, was the additional challenge around effective communication to Innovise’s domestic, Canadian and US audiences. The new website needed to effectively and clearly explain the products via a design that would enable a more intuitive user-journey irrespective of your discovery point for Innovise.
Working closely with Innovise initially on tactical aspects, to both build trust as well as develop a richer appreciation of their software solutions, The Web Orchard agreed to take a more strategic role of project management which required them to liaise with other design, content and animation providers. Defining the objectives of the website, The Web Orchard worked to create a clear layout of information, supported by info-graphics and sharp, responsive design to enable effective understanding and communication. Initiating and managing on-going SEO and social media management, The Web Orchard has successfully increased traffic to the Innovise Software website. Increasing referrals from several social media channels, the new website is reporting lower bounce rates and generating more inquiries.
As well as new website development, Innovise Software additionally wanted to be able to compliantly capture and integrate new customer information to the Innovise website whilst exhibiting at trade exhibitions.
Working with Innovise, The Web Orchard, developed a bespoke smartphone App in line with Innovise’s objectives. Designed to quickly and easily collect data at conferences, the App also included functionality to automate and simplify data capture of delegate business cards, needs and desires for the Innovise Sales team to access and process efficiently and securely.
